Evonne Ang Ying Sze is a Partner in our firm with a solid foundation in both corporate and conveyancing practice. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from the University of the West of England, Bristol, and furthered her legal training with a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Southampton. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018.

Evonne’s practice spans a wide array of commercial, banking, and property-related matters. She has developed a strong portfolio in acting for both financial institutions and corporate clients in a broad spectrum of enterprise banking and SME financing transactions, including both conventional and Islamic structures. Her experience includes drafting and advising on facility agreements, security documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements across various financing instruments.

In addition to her finance-related work, Evonne also has substantial experience in conveyancing and property transactions. She regularly advises on acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential properties, project developments, and commercial leasing.
