Managing Partner, Klang Branch

Mr. Chan Chee Choong is the Managing Partner of the Klang Branch, bringing over 27 years of legal experience to his leadership role. A graduate of Glamorgan University with an LL.B. (Hons), and a Barrister-at-Law from Lincoln’s Inn, Chan’s areas of practice encompass conveyancing, corporate law, franchise law, litigation, and intellectual property.

Chan advises clients on joint ventures, sale and purchase agreements, trust deeds, wills and probate, franchise agreements, and partnership agreements. His corporate advisory services include due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and advising on compliance and regulatory frameworks.

In litigation, Chan’s expertise includes banking disputes, probate matters, land acquisitions, and injunctions. His family law practice includes divorce, custody, maintenance, and adoption matters.
