Gurbinder Singh Gill is a graduate of the University of London with a Bachelor of Laws Hons and is a partner at Manjit Singh Sachdev Mohammad Radzi & Partners, where he leads the southern regional practice group. His legal expertise spans corporate disputes, asset recovery, fraud investigations, trademarks, construction law, and criminal defence. He also holds a position as an adjunct professor at Brickfields Asia College and has played a significant role in advocacy initiatives. His academic credentials include an MBA, a Professional Diploma in International Arbitration, and various certifications. As a trademark agent and certified mediator, he co-founded the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution and is affiliated with the Malaysian Institute of Arbitration. Additionally, Gurbinder established Amicus Curiae and the webinar series The Rights To Be Heard, dedicating his spare time to writing and educational programming.
