Mr. Lam Sam Kit is a Consultant with Manjit Singh Sachdev, Mohammad Radzi & Partners, having previously served as the Senior Partner of the Kuala Lumpur Main Office. With over 40 years of legal experience, Mr. Lam brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the firm, providing strategic advice and mentorship to partners and associates. He was called to the Bar at Middle Temple, London, in 1984, and has since built a distinguished career in civil and criminal litigation, real property disputes, and banking law.
Throughout his career, Mr. Lam has represented individuals, corporations, and financial institutions in complex litigation matters.
