Mr. Benny Soh Seow Leng is currently the Senior Partner of Manjit Singh Sachdev, Mohammad Radzi & Partners attached with the Johor Bahru Branch office. With over 30 years of legal practice, he holds an LL.B. from Bond University, Queensland, Australia. Benny is a Registered Trademark Agent and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CiArb). His multidisciplinary practice covers corporate, conveyancing, banking, litigation, and intellectual property laws.

Benny has extensive experience in handling security documentation, acquisition agreements, joint venture arrangements, and debenture documentation. His conveyancing practice is comprehensive, representing a wide range of clients from individual property purchasers to major developers and financial institutions.
